Getting Visa

Visas for Sightseeing tours

Wherever you travel in the world, it is always best to be aware of up-to-date visa information which may affect you. Some nationalities can travel freely over borders, where others require advanced permission to enter. There are also changes in requirements from time to time.

We are unable to provide visa advice.

Obtaining Visa is the responsibility of each traveller, so we would recommended that a traveller obtain their visa in advance (leaving plenty of time for visas application process). Make sure you do the proper research before you apply, and make sure you deal directly with the embassies or certified agents with regard to acquiring correct and timely information. We cannot take responsibility for customers whose visas are rejected or expired.

When you have made the full payment for your booking, then we will send you a booking confirmation email. Please reply your booking confirmation email if you want to request your visa support documents, please allowing 10 working days for the documents to be sent.

Europe Visas for Tours

If you are a citizen of the EU,U.K or a passport holder of the EU or the United Kingdom, then you will not need to get a visa for you to travel on any of the European tours listed on our website (in exception of the Northern Explorer, see listed point below). Some nationalities need to have a valid Schengen Visa in order to enter Europe.

If you are from a country that is required to get a Schengen visa, please keep the following points in mind:

  • You will need to apply to the embassy of the country where you are going to spend the most amount of travel time. If there are more than one country where you have an equal number of staying night (where you would spend most of your time), then you must apply to the embassy of the country you plan to visit first. Please make sure you check for the country you are spending the most amount of time in and confirm to us which embassy you are applying to when you request your visa support documents.
  • Tour(s) you book through us must be paid in full before we can release visa support documents.
  • Email us if you wish to request visa support documents “after your tour is paid in full”
  • Embassy booking appointment can be very tricky because embassies are normally very busy, so make sure you book your appointment well in advance before your departure date.
  • No full refund is given/issued if visas are rejected as per our Terms & Conditions
  • If you are on only U.K visas, or on certain U.k visas you would not permitted by the EU to travel on a Schengen Visa within the last 3 months prior to of the visa expiry. Please make sure you check check with the embassy.

Here’s a guide on the embassy you should apply through for when planning on booking european tours through our website

If there is a number listed after your tour please see the important notes at the end of the page.
