Prices: Prices can be changed/updated without notice.
Reservations: Reservation booking and payment through our website/websites are required in order for us to place a booking for you. Please book as soon as possible. You need to book in advance because some tours and transfer service have limited availability so, you would need to confirm your book dates with us.
What the Price Includes (coach tours): This is stated on each product or service page. Prices do not Include (unless stated) – gratuities to the guide, gratuities to the driver or tour manager, lunches and transfers to/from stations. Gratuities are at your discretion.
Date of Departure & Collection Timings for tours: These are subject to change or cancellation if there is an unforeseen circumstances occur. Please reconfirm after you have placed your booking.
Convenient Returns (coach tours): Drivers have to work under strict legal and time restrictions and therefore you will be dropped back at convenient stops.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on board buses or in cars, but all bus and car tours are likely to make frequent stops.
Food and drink (coach tours): in the interest of safety we ask that no hot food or drinks are carried on board the coach. But food can be carried along when going on a private driven tour, please confirm with us first.
Children: Children under sixteen must be accompanied by an adult.
Amendments: Amendments by you can only be made to coach tours, please contact us 72 hours prior to the departure time and date. Theatre tickets, rail trips, lunch and dinner products, overnight tours and attraction tickets cannot be amended.
Cancellations AND REFUND: For full and half day coach tours, a full refund will only be made up to 48 hours prior to departure, otherwise 100% charge will apply ( if you fail to inform us of your cancellation 48 hours before the tour departs, you will be charged 100% of the price of the tour.). All cancellations are subject to 10% administration costs and must be requested in writing.
Theatre tickets, rail trips, lunch and dinner products, overnight tours and attraction tickets cannot be cancelled once booked.
In the event that a venue is not visited due to unforeseen circumstances, an amount only equal to the value of the admission charge will be refunded in full which is usually approximatly 10% of the tour cost(This means the cost of the service or product would not be refunded). If the air conditioning or washroom on the allocated vehicle is not operational, then no refund will be made.
Personal Insurance: Is not included. Please discuss this with your Travel Agent or British Adventure (Britishadventure.com).
Luggage: On overnight tours an allowance of one suitcase , not exceeding 44lb in weight ,or 30 x 17 x 10 in dimension is permitted together, with a small carry on. Luggage is carried at the passengers own risk and must be collected by the client.
Tour information: Whilst touring, please note that seats are on first come first served basis. The tour operators at their discretion, can require any person to withdraw from any tour, if they deem their acts or conduct as offensive, or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have further liability. We reserve the right to cancel any tours due to lack of demand and also to use vehicles as dictated by demand. We also reserve the right to alter at any time any price, place visited, itinerary or hotel owing to unforeseen circumstances. Every endeavour will be made to advise passengers (who have already booked) in advance of any alterations that are deemed necessary. In the event of any passenger not being carried for any cause whatsoever, no liability will be accepted by the operators beyond the refund of the fares. Should the passenger fail to arrive or arrive late at the starting point or during the tour, then no liability can be accepted.
We cannot accept responsibility for events beyond our control
Special Offers: All offers displayed on the website can only be booked online. Free walking tours must be redeemed on the day of your tour and must be used within 7 days after your tour date.
Passports & Visas: A Passport valid for all countries to be visited must be carried and you must ascertain from your Travel Agent what visas are required.
Accident or Loss: We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost. We do not own or manage the train, ships, vehicles, accommodation and restaurants used and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.
Payment – Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are handle by a secured and trusted payment gateway company. Any late payments are subject to expenses in order to recover the debts
Ticket presentation : Cardholder must be present at the time of presenting the ticket.

London Tours Limited reserves the right to suspend or cancel any part of the Website and the services offered therein at any time without notice.

Reservations

Rental order and payment through our website/websites are required in order for us to place an order for you. Please order as soon as possible.

Amendments

Amendments to extend your rental can be made anytime before or during your hire. But amendments for your start of hire date needs to be done at least 5 working days before your hire start date.

Device hire order cancellation and refund

You can cancel your rental at any time you want. A full refund would be issued If you cancel at least 4 days before your start of hire date. If you can cancel 3 to 1day before your start of hire date, your hire+refundable deposit would be refunded, but the delivery charge would not be refunded. If you cancel after your start of hire date, you would be charged based on the number of days you have had the device (depending of the price of that package). So we cannot refund days with usage/possession of the device. If you already have the device, you will need to return it to us immediately.

Device Insurance

A refundable deposit is included in the price of devices we hire, the deposit would be refunded in full if the device is return in a full working order and presentable cosmetic condition (the device should not be returned damaged). If the device is not returned back to us within 15 days after the end of hire, we would deduct the equivalent hire charge from your deposit. If the device is not return at the end of your hire period, your deposit would not be refunded back to you because it would be used to cover the cost of replacing the device. If the device is returned in a damaged condition (significantly damaged in comparison to how it was supplied to you) or the charger supplied to you with the device is not return back to us we would decide the correct amount to deduct from your deposit to cover the cost of repairing the device or replacing the faulty part.

Accident or Loss

We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited to a maximum of the refund of the tour cost. We do not own or manage the mobile network and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or operators thereof.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking. All payments are handle by a secured and trusted payment gateway company. Any late payments are subject to expenses in order to recover the debts

Disclaimer

In the event that a hired device is not delivered due to unforeseen circumstances, an amount only equal to what you had paid for the hire service will be refunded in full within 5 to 15 working days after you have notified British Adventure that you no longer require the device and require a refund.We have no liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or direct or consequential loss, however caused, unless due to our employees negligence, in which case our liability is limited (except for death or personal injury) to a maximum of the refund of the hire cost. We do not own or manage the phone network or wifi data network supplied on any device hired through British Adventure or Lime Enterprise LTD companies/websites and we have no liability for loss or damage caused by the proprietors or network operators thereof.
British Adventure or Lime Enterprise LTD shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver products or otherwise perform any obligation as specified in these terms and conditions if the same is wholly or partly caused whether directly or indirectly by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
